Udit Agarwal

Udit Agarwal is the VP of Consumer Investments at Premji Invest. With over 10 years of extensive experience in transaction structuring, investment banking, and private equity, Udit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His sectoral experience spans across the Consumer, Healthcare, Food, and Agriculture industries.

Prior to joining Premji Invest, Udit worked as an investment executive with British International Investment. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing portfolios, and driving value creation. Before that, Udit gained valuable experience at IndigoEdge Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd and EY, where he honed his skills in investment banking and transaction structuring. At EY, he progressed through various roles, ultimately serving as Manager in the Transaction Structuring division. His diverse background and hands-on experience in these fields have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is an avid keyboard player, an enthusiastic traveler, a skilled swimmer, and an active participant in derivatives trading.
