Rahul Bajpai

Rahul leads the People function at PI and has an overall experience of 21 years across IT Services, FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries with functional exposure in various roles, including HR Business Partner, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, HR Information Systems, and Organization Development.  He has led talent transformation and change management interventions for large MNCs.

Rahul also works closely with the Investment Partners, Founders, and Senior Executives at Premji Invest portfolio companies, leading the initiatives on Human Capital value creation by partnering to build leadership teams, develop talent strategies, and designing organization structures and capability to achieve strategic priorities.
