Nishant Rungta

Nishant is part of the Public Markets team, and as a key investment analyst, he covers a wide canvas that includes financial services, real estate, and India’s macroeconomy. He is also responsible for managing the emerging market portfolio. Nishant’s nearly fifteen years of professional experience spans debt and equities. Before joining Premji Invest, he worked with Spark Capital in their institutional equities desk, Intequant Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and the bank loan ratings team of CRISIL Ltd. Having started his career in credit, Nishant believes one invests in managements rather than companies.

A management graduate from NMIMS, Mumbai, he loves to spend time in the mountains with his family whenever possible.
